Chelsi Harbert

Vice President, Human Resources, AMC

Chelsi is the VP, Human Resources of Affiliates Management Company (AMC), the holding company for the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL), and ViClarity. She is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including benefits, compensation, employee development, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, legal compliance and policy review. 

Chelsi has been at AMC for over 10 years. She first started as a Lead Recruiter for the HR department. Over her tenure, Chelsi has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, dedication and a genuine understanding and commitment to AMC’s culture, values and goals. This is evident through her progressive leadership roles as Lead Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, HR Manager and Director of Human Resources and Culture.
