Kathleen Wall

Director, HR and Operations

Kathleen is the Director of HR and Operations, working closely with the European team on the strategic management of the business, while supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations and resource management. She brings over 19 years of experience, having worked in human resources and technical training roles for a number of multinational companies, including Ingersoll Rand, IBM, Xerox and most recently Kerry Group, where she held a senior leadership role within the HR function for Europe.

Kathleen holds a Degree in Translation & Interpreting Studies, as well as a Masters in Education.
