Boston Firefighters Credit Union Optimizes Multiple Processes with ViClarity

Boston Firefighters Credit Union (BFCU) serves first responders in Massachusetts with simple and honest banking that meets their financial needs. Members are, and always have been, their main priority. Recently, when reviewing their processes for vendor and complaint management, the BFCU team decided they needed a better solution.
“Our previous vendor management contract was coming to an end and we wanted to see If there was software we could utilize for more than just our vendor relationships,” said Catherine Guerard, VP of Member Services.
