Caredoc Implement New DocQment Solution To Aid Employee's Workload

Caredoc, known for its out of hours family doctor services in Ireland, have extended their relationship with quality management software provider ViClarity by taking on board their new documentation and policy management solution, DocQment.

Commenting on the news, Tricia Cosgrave, Compliance Officer at Caredoc, said “We are delighted to be using new solutions with ViClarity. We were experiencing a real bottleneck when it came to accessibility and distribution of important policies, forms and procedures to our teams - by implementing the new DocQment system it will allow team members to instantly find documents they are looking for. From an administration point of view, it will really help to automate the review, renew and sign off process of all documents when needed. ViClartiy’s DocQment solution launched in the Summer of 2021. The module has made a great impact to organisations eager to streamline how they manage their documentation lifecycle process. The new solution was built working closely with existing clients giving feedback as to what other documentation processes were lacking, ensuring all core features were in place. ViClarity's DocQment module, automates the management of documents from start to finish, from access, review, through to approvals and acknowledgements.
